CommentsEvery trader that wishes to apply for import quota allocation shall send an application to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Export and Import Administration). The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall issue licenses for import under tariff-rate quota according to the annual tariff-rate quotas imposed by other Ministries, the import of the previous year, and the traders’ registrations
